What if I do not like it?
Tell us within seven days of delivery and we will refund the price of the tea in full; you do not need to send the tin back. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, not instead of them.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
The Courier Guy’s rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay, and delivery is free on three tins or more. Most addresses in the main centres receive their tea in two to four working days, and you will get a tracking link by email.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
You pay on Payfast’s secure page by card, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or SnapScan. Your card details are entered with Payfast and never reach this site.
Is there caffeine in it?
No. Lippia multiflora contains no caffeine, so you can drink it at any hour.
Why is there a little twig in my tea?
Bulukutu is gathered as whole leafy stems, and the stem carries flavour too, so we grind leaf and stem together on purpose.
Can I drink it if I am pregnant or taking medication?
Please ask your doctor first. It is a herbal tea, and herbs can interact with medicines.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not yet. We deliver within South Africa for now; write to us if you would like to hear when that changes.
